HoosierConnections

At the Career Development Center, we value experiential learning as it allows students to explore careers and industries at a deeper level.  As an employer participant in the HoosierConnections professional mentorship program, you will help students by agreeing to participate in any number of activities ranging from informational interviews, job shadowing, site visits, resume critiques, mock interviews, or other professional experiences.

  • First-Time Visitor/Employer

    To be a mentor, you first have to register in our myJobs system. We are excited that you are interested in partnering with us to connect with IU students.  Through your myJobs account, you’ll be able to mentor students, manage part-time job and internship postings, and register for our job fairs.

  • Returning Employers

    We are glad that you are ready to take the next step and get more involved with our students.  To register to become a HoosierConnections mentor, please do the following:

    1. Login to your employer myJobs account
    2. Select the "HoosierConnections" tab at the top of the screen
    3. Complete the mentorship registration form
