After living in four different states, Molly has officially found a home in Bloomington. She moved here two years ago, hoping to eventually attend Indiana University. Now her dream has come true. This upcoming year she plans to volunteer at the IU Auditorium, get involved with IU Dance Marathon, and attend many different IU athletic events. She loves helping people, and is passionate about her major in nursing. She enjoys spending time with kids and outside activities like ziplining and parasailing!

Most Surprising Networking Opportunity

I talked to my friend’s mom, who is a nurse, about my future plans in the nursing field. I was surprised when she told me about an internship opportunity at IU Health Bloomington Hospital in the ER department.

Most Valuable Soft Skill

Never be afraid to get to know new people! Connections are everywhere. Getting to know somebody new can lead to great opportunities, including an internship experience that could affect your plans for the future!

I’m a freshman majoring in nursing with a minor in Spanish. I love helping people, and have interned at IU Health Bloomington Hospital. My experience has really helped me see what type of nursing I want to get involved with.
