Best Career Blunder

Lacking communication from the inception of an event or project.

Biggest Challenge

I was tasked with taking 1,824 photos of employees to update and standardize the company’s database. It was challenging for me to take photos of some people the especially did not want their pictures taken; I had to create a relationship in a limited amount of time in order to have them cooperate. I had to be patient with the process and not focus too much of the logistics.

Lessons Learned

I learned that following up and communication are key to any successful event or project. Things are always easier when you’re on the same page.
