Sara is from South Bend, Indiana and is a current Junior studying Policy Analysis and Law and Public Policy. Sara is heavily involved in campus affairs and is an active member of the Indiana University Model United Nations delegation, as well as a member of Alpha Omicron Pi Women's Fraternity. Sara has previously served as the Vice President of Personal Development to the Panhellenic Association of Indiana University, overseeing programs such as Safe Sisters, The Body Project, and the Panhellenic Mental Health Committee. After finishing her undergraduate degree, Sara aspires to attend graduate school in order to continue helping others and the greater community.

Canvassing on campus to students during IUSA (Indiana University Student Association) election season, persuading students to vote for the ticket that could best serve the Undergraduate population at Indiana University.
As a student, organizing large scale student events has been challenging but not impossible. Learning how to cater to a specific number of students while still providing impactful resources such as bringing speakers to campus has provided other students with the resources to better the community they live in.
There are positive lessons to be learned from every unexpected experience.
