The Career Development Center is here to support and empower students in understanding their unique identities through the career development process, as this often informs experiences both on campus and in one’s work life. This community seeks to offer resources, points of connection and perspectives to help navigate and support you in your career development and success as a Black student.
These are a few videos on navigating the workplace and your career as a Black professional. They are available through LinkedIn Learning, which is free to all IU students.
The NMBCC works in partnership with many university departments to provide Black students with tools that support their academic success, assist in adjusting to college life, and help them overcome obstacles that might prevent them from earning a degree.
