The Career Development Center collaborates with organizations and offices across campus to bring students the best opportunities. Check out upcoming events below.

  • Attend this virtual fair to meet with representatives from medical and health professions schools and explore the world of healthcare!

  • Representatives of a US Government Intelligence Agency will be holding small information sessions regarding the variety of career and internship opportunities available there. The focus in these sessions will be on career opportunities across the Agency, benefits, and details about the application processes.  There will be time for questions.  Undergraduates and Graduates of all academic disciplines are encouraged to attend. All positions with this US Government Intelligence Agency require US citizenship and relocation to the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

  • Alumni of The Media School are journalists and marketing professionals, advertising executives and public relations experts, sports media makers, filmmakers and directors, scholars, game designers, researchers, and more. We’d like you to meet them.

  • Choosing PA programs to apply to is complicated due to the variations of requirements for the programs.  However, the application, CASPA, is centralized and will go to all the schools to which you apply.  David Owen will lead a workshop that goes through the CASPA application and provide suggestions for maximizing your self-presentation.

  • Ever wondered what it would be like to work at the US Department of State? Curious about the work they do and the intricacies of diplomatic negotiation?  If so, join representatives from the Department of State for a simulation of a diplomatic negotiation. 

    There will be a time at the end of the event to ask questions about careers at the Department of State including the Foreign Service.
